I don't really have much to update. I think I'm going to start using this account to dump fan art and warm up exercises. Or maybe I should move my work to Tumblr. I don't know yet. In any case, I'm going to try to update more often and draw more often. Thanks!

I'm not allowed to do anything except sleep and cough and hurt. I try to keep it at bay with syrup and medicine, but the itch in the back of my throat will not be tamed. Apparently, I'm not allowed to have a calm, relaxing weekend watching the dog, cat, and chickens while my parents were out of town. Even when I'm home today. I managed to escape the clutches of my body long enough to clean the kitchen and bake bread today. I was even able to console the neighbor with a gift of fresh bread. But now, I'm tired, and coughing again. Hopefully I'll be able to work tomorrow.

Trying to update every day is probably not going to be feasible since I'm really busy during the week. However, I can maybe give a recap of the week in a fun and creative way. Monday:    Bad start to the week: the night kicked off the start of the cacophony of crickets loudly proclaiming their need to find a mate within the comfort of my bedroom. Couple that with an unwillingness to sleep, and that ends up a bad stew for getting any rest. Labor day would have been a lot nicer had I had the money to bring hot dogs and pop with us to the cottage.
